A prestigious site of 130 mixed housing units for the Duchy of Cornwall. Horizon was specified to deliver 500mm × 300mm Burlington Best slates alongside Random Diminishing Trevillit slates — a hand-set, traditional Cornish detail that demands both volume capacity and a craft eye. Crews worked plot-by-plot in line with the developer's release programme, with bedded mechanically-fixed ridge tiles and all associated leadworks delivered under one roofing package.
