A 32-house site delivered in Brazilian Grey Green 500mm × 250mm slates, hook-fixed for long-term holding strength on the exposed Cornish gradient. Concrete ridge tiles were fixed using a dry-fix roll-out system and the package included all associated leadworks across every plot.
