A 16-house site at Downderry, Torpoint, delivered in Brazilian Grey Green 500mm × 250mm slates, hook-fixed and dressed with concrete ridge tiles on a dry-fix roll-out system. The detail step on this scheme was the mitred valleys — a precise, craft-led cut detail that replaces lead-lined valleys with a flush slate finish across all 16 plots.
